0.3.0 Beta

- Fixed assigning a wire part unnecessarily marking unrelated concentric layups for review.
- Replaced repeated per-bundle layup warnings with a single “Concentric layup needs recalculation” action in the 2D harness.
- Added one-click recalculation of all saved layups, preserving authored layers, fillers and twist rates, with undo and redo support.
- Kept estimated concentric length information separate from actionable harness checks.
- Preserved existing valid layup checks when opening older projects and when bundle lengths change.

0.2.9 Beta

- Added a whole-loom concentric layup optimiser. It starts at the busiest bundle, favours cables and twisted pairs in the core, places earlier branch exits nearer the outside, and adds fillers where needed.
- Added optimiser controls for applying concentric twist to the full loom, using a common twist rate, and choosing filler stock by part or custom diameter and colour.
- Improved wire ordering and layer clocking across adjacent bundles to reduce crossings and abrupt changes in the 3D spiral.
- Added continuous filler-wire routes across adjacent bundles, with filler quantities and lengths included in manufacturing outputs.
- Improved layup cross-sections with oval wire profiles that reflect twist rate, layer outlines, and clearer filler selection and highlighting.
- Improved the layup editor with bundle switching, twist-rate controls, clearer review and recovery actions, and progress feedback during optimisation.
- Added a layup documentation section with a labelled harness overview and detailed concentric cross-sections, wire references, and filler information. Excel exports now include layup images.
- Improved consistency of measurement units across layup controls, documentation, cut lists, and bills of materials.
- Projects now remember their open panes and split layout, including combined 2D and 3D harness views.
- Fixed parts-library category filtering affecting project part counts, added clearer loading indicators, and improved filler-wire colour display in the parts list.
- Improved 3D harness loading and CAD preview caching, including orthographic part views.
- Improved harness coverings, branch rendering, selection highlighting, and drag interactions across schematic and harness views.
- Added canvas background and glow controls, with improved presentation consistency in shared viewers and documentation exports.
- Improved shared-project upload progress, timeout handling, undo/redo, and recovery prompts for locally saved changes.

0.2.8 Beta

- Added concentric harness layups with an interactive wire cross-section, editable layers, and twist rates in turns per inch or turns per millimetre.
- Apply concentric twist from a bundle's cross-section or right-click menu. Enabled layups update wire-length calculations and the 3D harness, with a twist marker on bundles.
- Fixed schematic wires disappearing after adjusting routes connected to rotated terminals.
- Fixed flipped generic components in the GPU rendering schematic view.
- Fixed harness freezes when moving cable boundaries or using Auto route.
- Fixed cable shield routing around bends.
- Fixed Project Sharing errors when editing projects upgraded to the new concentric-layup format. Collaborators need the updated app to work on upgraded shared projects.
- Improved sign-out handling while shared-project changes are pending.
- Made update messages clearer: downloaded updates install only when you choose Restart to update.

0.2.7 Beta

- Fixed shared-project edits and improved reliability when publishing revisions after synchronization.
- Added progress feedback when creating projects and clearer messages when a project folder already exists.
- Improved handling of slower connections when signing in and using the Global Library.
- Improved error reporting to help diagnose problems.

0.2.6 Beta

- Added cable identifiers, core gauge and insulation dimensions, cable outer diameter, and cross-section previews in the parts library.
- Added cable start and end markers in 2D harnesses, with movable labels and shield connections at both ends.
- Cable boundaries now attach to harness nodes, such as connectors, terminals and junctions, for consistent cable lengths.
- Bundle cross-sections and diameter calculations now account for cable jackets and enclosed cores.
- Added cable jackets in 3D harnesses and improved covering visibility when switching between bundle and individual-wire views.

0.2.5 Beta

- Improved Local and Global Library search with manufacturer aliases, combined part filters, ranked results and spelling suggestions.
- Search now preserves spaces and capitalization while keeping typing responsive.
- Global Library opens with a search prompt instead of fetching recently added parts.
- Reduced Global Library database reads using an automatically refreshed metadata index shared with the Local search engine.
- Improved connector cavity previews and CAD handling.
- Improved feedback attachments and reporting.

0.2.4 Beta

- Faster local parts-library startup, browsing and thumbnail loading, with background indexing and recovery.
- Improved parts-library scrolling and navigation for large collections.
- Added integrity checks for bundled CAD assets to catch missing or damaged release resources.
- Fixed schematic wire colours not refreshing after colour-only edits.

0.2.3 Beta

- Added shared covering previews in the part editor and parts-library thumbnails.
- Improved schematic mating and connector interactions.
- Fixed 3D reference rendering and CAD transform handling.
- Added signed and notarized Mac installers for Apple Silicon and Intel.

0.2.2 Beta

- Improved parts-library assembly previews, individual-part editing and loading feedback.
- Improved CAD model handling and packaged import/export resources.
- Improved schematic drawing, group movement and renderer consistency.
- Improved shared-project history and error diagnostics.

0.2.1 Beta

- Added STL model import, with size checks and calibration guidance.
- Added an option to reduce oversized GLB and STL models to fit the import limit.

0.2.0 Beta

- Import STEP and GLB models when setting up parts.
- Resize models by entering dimensions or calibrating a known distance.
- Share projects containing larger CAD models, up to 256 MiB per model.
- Improved parts-library previews and support for submitting covering and lock parts.
- Fixed adding multiple built-in PDM devices to a project.

0.1.9 Beta

- Fixed CAD imports and document exports in the installed app.
- Improved CAD face colours in previews and exported models.
